About Buzz
Buzz works with senior leaders who understand that trust, accountability, and aligned behavior are essential to leadership effectiveness. His role is to help leaders see what is driving performance, and what may quietly be undermining it. Through direct, high-trust conversations, he helps leaders strengthen self-awareness, improve communication, and align their actions with their values. Clients value his calm presence, practical leadership experience, and strengths-based approach that helps leaders grow with clarity and purpose. The result is stronger leadership, healthier teams, and measurable progress on the priorities that matter most.
During his 37+ year career as a United States Air Force officer, Buzz developed leaders in demanding environments where trust, accountability, decision-making, and mission focus mattered every day. Following his military career, he transitioned into executive coaching and leadership development and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. He partners with leaders to foster growth, development, and measurable performance improvement through evidence-based coaching, behavioral assessments, and leadership development.
Buzz earned an Executive MBA from the University of Nebraska Omaha and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting at New Yorkm University. Beyond his professional work, he finds fulfillment in family life with his wife of 46 years, their children, and grandchildren. Based in Bellevue, Nebraska, his passion for leadership and service extends into volunteer work with the American Red Cross, Food Bank for the Heartland, Nebraska Diaper Bank, church service, mission work in Belize, and serving on the Board of Coaches for the Veterans Coaching Project.
Buzz is a certified practitioner in Hogan and DISC Assessments and works with leaders across executive coaching, leadership development, communication, team effectiveness, and behavioral assessment initiatives. He works with leaders and teams across corporate, nonprofit, military, and community environments. Clients range from developing leaders and small organizations to senior executives and established leadership teams.
